In the workshop we will be accompanied by an expert in this subject and he will teach us the technique used by the Ibicenco people hundreds of years ago. We will roll up our sleeves and learn how to knead the dough and leave it to ferment.
While we leave the dough to ferment, we will visit our farm and you will be able to feed the farm animals. On the way back, we'll recharge our batteries with a tasting of local products.
Once the dough has fermented, we knead it again to give shape to our bread, we put it all in our old country oven and after a few minutes, you will be able to take home a delicious pao made by yourselves.
