A guided tour of the village of San Carlos will immerse you in the traditions and customs of the island, just as young foreign artists and intellectuals did in the 1960s when they found their place in this territory, giving free rein to their freedom and creativity, living and mimicking the local peasants.

You will discover, just like those hippies, the farming life of yesteryear. On a small farm run by a local family, you will learn about their past and present.

Going back to the roots, you will have a fun workshop, you will make your own artisan cheese that you can take away with you at the end of the workshop, but you will also be able to taste the cheese from the farm during the snack that will take place after the workshop.
