Our weight loss programme will help you to achieve your wellbeing. Each person is different and each process is different, so in order to lose weight in an efficient and healthy way, we must take into account many parameters. We also have the collaboration of sports nutritionists in case you need extra help.
We will train with different materials (TRX, Terracore, Waff, bands, weights, electrostimulation) and we can combine it with functional training, strength and resistance training to burn fat, high intensity (HIIT, Tabata...) to use fat as fuel, and getting the benefits of aerobic and cardiovascular exercise.
Training groups are small and places are limited. We recommend that you book in advance to secure your place.
