In this activity you will learn how to make goat's cheese in the traditional style. We will explain step by step how it is made and we will show you how we make it ourselves. You will be able to enjoy the countryside, lose yourself in an idyllic setting, see first-hand where and how our organic production grows, pamper the animals and taste dishes that are always handmade and made with love.

We start from scratch, first we will milk a goat to get fresh milk, you will feel like a real farmer! Once we have enough milk to work with, we will curdle the milk and show you how to separate the curd cheese, and then we will start making cheese.

We will also take you on a guided tour of our farm and you will be able to feed the animals on the farm. On the way back we will taste local products and you will finish your experience by taking home your 200 gr. cheese so you can have it for breakfast the next day.
