Do you want to make a Flaó in the traditional style and cooked in a peasant oven? We do not want to lose the gastronomic customs of Ibiza, so all the workshops are carried out following a traditional recipe, with organic products and handmade, without the use of any machine.

Flaó is a tart made with cheese from Ibiza that is delicious and has a special way of preparation.

We will show you how to knead and prepare the base and the filling for the flaó, which we will then bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

While we wait for our flaó to be made, you can visit our farm and feed the farm animals. On your return a delicious tasting of local products will be waiting for you.

You will end your experience by taking home a 20 cm flaó to share with family and friends!
